At New Wave Construction we understand that whilst it is a very exciting to renovate, there is also a lot of pressure to ‘get it right’. This can be quite a stressful journey (especially if you’re a first timer).

That’s why we do all the heavy lifting for you (figuratively and literally), after all turning your existing home, into your 'dream home', is possibly the biggest financial investment you are likely to make (besides buying your property), and we want the process of renovating and re-designing your home to be just as 'smooth and enjoyable' as you living in it.

This makes it crucial to select the right architect that understands 'your vision' when putting 'your dreams' onto paper. We have some fantastic award winning architects that we work with to ensure that when it comes time to go from plans to power tools, that all of your ideas and unique design features are included and not only look incredible but will function perfectly when your dream home comes to life.

We are also very experienced in renovating from existing plans, should you be ready to go and already have your dream plans all mapped out with a fantastic architect. It will be our top priority to contact your architect and discuss your project, and to cement a 'great working relationship' with the 'open communication' that is so vital when building your dream home.

We also believe that 'communication is key', this is why we have call weekly progress meetings onsite with you to discuss the build, go over the budget and discuss the upcoming week. You will also receive a weekly update report of everything that has been completed on site during the week.
