We completely renovated two apartments, both 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Everything in the apartments were gutted, while the businesses below continued business as usual. We came across rot and crumbling brick walls, that all needed to be replaced. We relayed native timber floorboards and focused on keeping the heritage value incorporated in the building.
