As the Owner / Operator of New Wave Construction, Ben Kevey-Maiden, doesn’t want to be the biggest building company in New Zealand, as a team 'we cherish quality over quantity' and, inline with this mantra, we have a small, but 'extremely experienced' and 'passionate team', that love to build homes.
Ben also strongly believes it’s important for the owner to always have a touch in each project, because when the owner isn’t involved in the build, is generally when the quality and workmanship can slip. This means when building with us, you will always have the owner on site, running your job, and 'extremely hands-on' with your build. Ensuring if you have any questions to be answered (little, or big), our owner will be on site to answer your questions and explain the process his team are undergoing.
The New Wave team are extremely hands on, and provide a customised and complete A-Z service, including helping you;
Find an architect (if need be - the team have a number of architects that specialise in multiple areas)
Helping with council consent, complete project organisation, value engineering (helping you make slight adjustments to your build to add extra value and extend your budget further)
- Helping you choose fixtures (we can even set you up to go and test drive them)
Providing constant open and continuous communication, email updates immediate notification of variations, plus so much more…
To put your mind at ease, the New Wave team are registered Licensed Building Practitioner, Site Safe Certified, and Eco Building Certified.
