10 year consumer guarantee & 12 month maintenance period

By choosing New Wave Construction to do your project, they will provide you with a free 12 month maintenance period guaranteed. This means if you’re unsatisfied with anything about your build within the 12 month period of it being handed over and complete, their team will come out and make it right.
Lastly, your project is covered by the 10-year Consumer Guarantee Act. To ensure your project is up to NZ industry standard and you are fully satisfied with your completed project.
